The Scropulating of the Pious is a one-shot monster hunting survival mission and mystery for Old School Essentials (or any B/X game), Mörk Borg, or Cairn.
The city of Vulffhornn is cursed with the strange substance of necroplasm which binds pieces of dead creatures together animating them as horrible abominations. In the background, devious factions snipe at each other as they attempt to control some aspect of city life.
Will adventurers simply accept the lucrative abomination-hunting jobs or will they be curious and hearty enough to try to discover the origin of the necroplasm and put a stop to its presence?
